LMLD works with our various vendors to hand select all items, including but not limited to, furniture + decor, countertops, backsplashes, flooring, paint palettes and hardware selections. Pending the scope of project, we will be working side by side and/or assisting with sourcing, contractors, architects and various other vendors. Whether you are the client that wants to be hands on in the decision process or the one that wants to walk into their completed home, LMLD will by your side each step of the way and make each experience one you will not forget.

• Two personalized mood boards per room

• Floor layout

• Cut sheets and product lists​

• Sourcing & installation of furniture and decor

  • If remote, you have the option to have LMLD source the materials or purchase at your convenience with the product lists & cut sheets provided.

• One mood board revision

  • Additional revisions will be done at the hourly rate
